The lamp came a few days late, but was updated right away at every step of the process about where the lamp was. The lamp arrived without any damage. Nothing was broken and all of the pieces were there. It did not take long to put together, maybe 10 minutes tops. The pieces did seem to be put together without much care, so although the product is sturdy, it was a little difficult getting things to fit into each other without a little bit of muscle to get everything to fit. Once set up, it exceeded my expectations. The lamp is beautiful and gives just enough light to my living room. The shades of the lamp do hang a little low, the lowest probably about 5'4" high and the tallest about 5'8". Overall I feel it's a great lamp for the value and looks like an expensive piece.
