Soooo disappointed

I was so excited to receive this rug. The colors and design are beautiful. I have had it on the floor for three weeks and it is already unraveling at the edges and the it is displaying white areas where there should be color. I will be asking for a refund because it is clear that this expensive rug will not last even a few months.
