I don't know why I waited so long for one of these. I can't say enough good about this unit. I have a siberian husky and this thing is a powerhouse. We have all hard floors and usually used a Swiffer dry pad or a shop vac to clean the floors. Every time I'd finish there would still be dog hair. NO MORE. This little power house runs and the hair is gone. It even does great along the walls and in corners. It's a little too tall for under my furniture but gets under my beds just fine. It took 1 hour the first day so it could map out the areas I have it clean and 40 minutes the next run. I have it clean a living room, two bedrooms, a hallway/house entryway, and my bathroom. On normal mode, only uses 40% of its battery. It's not overly noisy. It can run while I'm watching TV. I think I want a 2nd one, a less expensive model for a kitchen we share with my mother that is on a different floor of the house. she has 5 cats and a messy litter box area. The manual says you need an insane amount of room around the dock but you really don't. you can see from my picture it sits between the diaper genie and an entertainment stand in my grandbabies room that they play and sleep in while they're here.

As a lady who has had one or more Roombas for the last 20 years, I was hesitant to get a Shark. I found this one for about 1/2 price so I gave it a try…. I am so impressed by this machine, I will never go back to a Roomba!!! Not only is this machine so much quieter, it is more efficient! I love the self emptying feature! I am not ready to get rid of my Roomba (Betty) as she is still working just fine. However, (Harold) the Shark makes her look like a lost kid in an amusement park, bouncing from place to place. Harold is more like an old man on a stroll, pacing back and forth, waiting for his crazy partner Betty. 💕 Totally worth the price! Make the change ladies! You won't regret it!!!
