The hose and brackets get in the way of a standard wall shower spigot pipe. The box does not tell you. So you have to go back to the store and purchase a "drop ell" for a second trip and more $. the Drop Ell should be included or it should be prominently stated you can't install on a high wall mount shower without it.

We continually choose MOEN for quality. But very disappointed in this purchase. We have used this in the past but apparently in 5 years MOEN is looking only at their bottom line and no longer looking at quality. We purchased this because we loved our last one at our last house and wanted to add to our master. The ONLY metal in this product is the actual bar. The shower head, the connector pieces AND the hose are ALL PLASTIC! I purchased at a high end plumbing store expecting better quality than big box stores but that was obviously incorrect. I'm not sure how this will hold up over time with use since it is PLASTIC!
