Bought may be in aug-sept 2020 - could not mount due to heath problem. Mounted a month back. Found out too high for me 5ft tall. Had to buy extension - Moen doesn't carry! Though I saw in several reviews the same problem. The worst is I only noted when went to throw away box - a warning - Not to be used by people with Pacemaker. My wife has. Due to Magnetix! When ordering, there was no warning. Though its my mistake not to check each and every thing in the box - as I have experience of installing showrheads. Will ask Moen if I can take out Magnetix - I don't need it. Attaching photo. I hope they answer. Otherwise its great! Not many showerheads have many flow optionsadjustments.

Could use some improvements
You should consider offering a wall mount for the handheld shower head. There is very limited adjustments to the main (6 inch) due to the fact that the handheld head hits the wall and you can't lower the main head without removing the handheld head. Very inconvenient.
