Purchased 2 systems for our shower. One went up perfectly, one had a small, but important issue attaching the arm which holds the shower head to the vertical pole. Contacted Grohe Customer Support which replaced that entire system. Shipped the same day, 2-day express. Service more than made up for the VERY long phone hold time!

Great quality and design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed my standard shower to this system and it was great. Easy to install, no new holes in the wall needed. The design is modern and it has good quality. The hand shower is a plus, it is activated with just a touch on the diverter. Good water pressure too.
