These are very inexpensive tiles. I always buy this brand. They are very forgiving. I've used these and there sister tile: planks. The ease of installation is great. My bedroom floor, with 2 different 100 pound dogs held up for 15 years. That's a lot of dog feet. My son's floor was looking a little worn (wheelchair). I decided to go with a beautiful Armstrong expensive tile:6 years-- that floor cost double. In my basement, over 50year old concrete (before I knew I was supposed to have an underlayment) I decided to use the same brand 18 years ago, however, I unstained them with additional adhesive since my basement was prone to flooding. I was really just looking for a non concrete surface that I could sweep, wash and keep clean. MY HOT WATER HEATER BROKE. 4 inches of water on those tiles until the clean up crew came. The sheetrock went, the tiles stayed. The crew was amazed. Like all things, where and how you use the product counts AND you get what you pay for, true. At a dollar or less a tile, in a spot where you need tile, this might be for you.
