Product not like picture, horrible seller.

The material is very cheap and rough feeling. It looks used and almost like a old washed rug. I started the return and they sent one label code and when I went to fed ed, they refused to take the packages (came in two si i needed two codes/labels). I contacted the seller and they are refusing to address the issue. I had to lug bothe huge boxes into the truck, then to Fed Ex, then wait an hour to try and get a hold of anyone, then back to the truck and home. Now the boxes are sitting in my garage and the seller is refusing to return my money and now saying I have to pay shipping for the return which is NOT what it says when purchasing or even when I starred the return. This is extremely unprofessional and they just want money!!!
