I use this on my neck and hands every night and my skin has never felt so soft or looked so good. It seems to spread the good effect even further up my arms, even without treating them . It removes some of the wrinkling with age, as well as some of the crepe appearance of mature skin. It is also pretty much fragrance free. I started using after reading an article about retinol based skin lotions and this is so much cheaper than some of the brands that were recommended in the article, yet still produces good results
