Instructions
Easy Chipotle Cheeseburgers.Mix 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese, 1 tsp. McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Grill over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Top burgers with additional 1/2 cup cheese 1 minute before cooking is completed. Serve on rolls. Makes 4 servings.
