Incredible for the price

Have been fishing with this combo for about a month, has handled 5 pound bass and hundreds of others easily. The rod isn't the most sensitive so I would use fluorocarbon or braid with this to have more feel. Backlashing is really not an issue with this reel, even with relatively low brakes. If you need a bait-caster combo for $50, get this one.
