Outstanding client support.

This organization provides excellent customer service! I bought this radio approximately four months ago, and one of the brackets was broken. I wrote an email and got a response in 24 hours from a person called Echo. My new brackets are on their way. I had a difficulty with the operating system, so I submitted an email, and an update was issued. My radio is in a 2008 Dodge Ram single cab and it sounds excellent! Thanks, Echo!

The tech assistance was excellent; I was having difficulties comprehending the instructions that came with the radio, particularly the backup camera. They fixed me right away. The individual who was most helpful is Echo. I simply had to drop a penny for him. Thank you for all your assistance.

Prior to installation, wait for the vendor's detailed instructions.

The installation was rather simple. However, I had some problems with the side buttons. Upon contacting the seller, I promptly received instructions; however, they did not resolve the issue. Consequently, I was provided a replacement device. The basis for the 5-star rating is the item itself; it was exactly what I required, and there were no problems or delays in receiving a replacement.
