If you are looking into taking vitamins to help conceive look no further. This package has made my life easier by having both parents essential vitamins together so I'm not having to buy separately and spend more money. My husband and I have been taking these going on two weeks. No weird taste or smell while consuming the vitamins. Easy to swallow, and the vitamins are different colors so you can't mix up the woman's (red color) and the males (cream color) if you are putting them in a daily pill holder. The only downside is that they don't come in a higher count bottle.
