Very easy to install just wish I had all the correct parts

Ordered the steps on a Saturday night they were delivered by Wednesday. Which was great except when I went to install them on Saturday I was missing brackets. Called them that same day. It has been a week and a half and I still do not have my brackets. Would like to be able to install my passenger side step. Hard for my daughter to get in the truck.

Attractively subtle and seems solidly built.

Product is very attractive, not visually obnoxious. I bought these to fit a 2012 Toyota Tundra. The only complaint I have is the brackets used to mount the bars are not quite designed at the correct angle, meaning, the top flat surface of the bars (steps) do not site level, or perpendicular to the vehicle. They top surface angles down to the outside of the vehicle a good 5 degrees. It's noticeable. My son bought same bars a few months ago for his same truck. Inspecting the trucks as they sat side by side, he has the same problem. I will try to fix this buy putting a metal spacer under the top part of the bracket. This should angle/rotate the steps to a level position. Not a big deal...but would make it right. My only reason for 4 Stars on Appearance.

Aside from the poor installation

Aside from the poor installation instructions this was a good product. Having just installed a set of these they weren't difficult to install, took about 25 minutes with hand tools. Received product in just a few days and box was all beat up, but product inside box was well protected and no damage to nerf bars. LOOK GREAT on truck. Highly recommend Aries nerf bars and Real Truck. After trying to get same thing on flea-bay this was a rewarding experience.
