May require new holes to be drilled.

Kit was as described, but I had a couple of issues. The holes on the bracket do not align with the holes on my Texas state plate. I had seen where some drilled new holes in their plate to match the bracket. I chose to drill new holes in the bracket to match my plate. Does not appear to alter stability. The second issue I had, most likely unique to me, is the wiring I had for LED plates was not enough to power the included light. I ended up getting a second plate holder and using the LED that came with that unit to replace the one from original package. It cost about $10 more, but I am happy with the results.
