Inconsistant reading sensor

This sensor is sometimes accurate but 95% of the time it reads way off. Something is wrong so I sent it back. I heard most pressure sensor are made in China, but I had faith that the AEM sensors were USA manufactured. The sensor does not say the manufacture county
