DELIVERY DRIVER DAMAGED ITEMS MISSING

This product seems pretty sturdy but haven't had a chance to use it. While putting the swing together, I discovered that 2 parts and 1 screw were missing 😒😒. I contacted Walmart and they promptly contacted AECOJOY to see if they can send us the missing parts asap before we request a refund. Hopefully, parts are received very soon, and we will be able to enjoy our swing. *The box was ripped and taped up, so I was afraid that something would be missing..

Beautiful and easy to assemble!

This swing arrived in two separate boxes, which was nice. Nothing so heavy it was busting the box open. A lot of it was already put together and that was also a plus! The main frame had to be assembled. Husband struggled a bit putting the side cupholder pieces on because he has large fingers but other than that, super happy with this swing!

Finally Done Great Product%26Great Service

Arrived on time, packaged well. Assembly was fair . Buyers be aware the canopy was the hardest to set, only because the canopy is a tight fit into the teeth spindles on each side. I emailed the company and they were prompt on hearing my issue, but I had to send pictures to explain the tight fit, which the teeth of the spindle were getting damaged. But they were very kind to fix my problem. It will take strength and at least 2/3 people to handle the top canopy. The frame is sturdy the only onther thing is the cushions, they are thin, I plan on buying thick ones. The material is nice and weather proof and cushions can be washed. I rate the swing a 8 and 10 for the company taking care of my problem in a fast manner by a replacement. And finally finished ✔️ I got the brown and it looks nice as the photo on the website.
