Panang Curry Sauce: Pour 1 can (13.5 oz) A Taste of Thai coconut milk, regular or lite, into a saucepan. Over high heat, whisk in 1 tablespoon Panang Curry Paste. Add a dash of fish sauce, or salt, to taste. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce heat and cook 3-4 minutes until thickened. Use prepared sauce in any of these ways: pour over grilled fish, chicken, pork or beef; stir into cooked rice noodles or jasmine rice; add to stir-frys; refrigerate unused sauce for no more than two days. Refrigerate unused paste up to three months.

One of my more favorable Thai sauces
I like Panang sauce because it seems a little more sweet and versatile. I ended up putting leftover sweet potatoes in a sauce from Thanksgiving-was really good! The sweet potatoes made it sweet plus I put in some coconut milk and leftover veggies to make a really good filling meal. This is quality, authentic and spicy-has a bite but not off the scale this hot-more just different and exotic tasting. It's just a packet with concentrated liquid spices.

Made an amazing soup!
I made an amazing soup using this paste. The size of package inside was small but was enough for two meals for two people. The taste was great, delicately balanced and at the same time flavorful. The ingredients in the list didn't look bad either, overall the quality was pretty good.
