Very Good
This makes a nice not too spicy soup. It is a little bit spicy but not too much. It is very good value you get two packages to make 2 soups. Since it is a base, you must add your own chicken or fish and coconut milk, The base itself is salty, however I use low sodium chicken broth and coconut to dilute the saltiness. It's very easy to use and a good standby to make a quick soup.

Excellent!
This Thai coconut, ginger soup was fabulous. We added chicken, chives, celery onions and even broccoli. IT was easy and beyond delicious! It tasted better than many Thai restaurant soups. The portion was plentiful and the package comes with 2 flavor packets. Great value in my opinion!

In the mood for Thai soup?
This is a high-quality product, with the right composition of ingredients. The taste is yummy. I think you could use this as the basis for other recipes. The package size is perfect. It's not really a drink, but I do think it is beneficial. I don't think this would ruin your diet.
