Instructions
Add entire contents of the package to 6 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Shape ground meat into 1 inch size meatballs,.
In a separate frying pan, brown meatballs using 3 Tbsp olive oil. Remove meatballs. Set aside.
In same frying pan, saute diced onion and garlic in the remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil until translucent. Set aside.
After 20 minutes, stir in cooked meatballs and onion/garlic mixture to the soup pot. Bring to boil. Immediately reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
