The warranty lapses in the event of third-party repairs or modifications. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts, abuse or if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident. The Jewelco London warranty does not affect your statuary rights. To take advantage of our warranty service, please return your jewellery to us within this 12-month warranty period.
