These are simple, thin and stick well to underwear. I have to wear a pad 24/7 and these are the best I've found. There is an overnight version that I'll sometimes wear when changing won't be convenient. Good Product, best of the pads I've found for my small but continuous urinary incomitance.

These are the best!
Superior comfort and leakage protection! I never have issues with the adhesive or the packaging. I like that these are "natural" in that they have no bleach or fragrances, but honestly, I just get them because they are hands down the best pads I've ever used, and did I mention, they offer SUPERIOR COMFORT AND LEAKAGE PROTECTION. And are still nice and thin so you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper.
