For years, I have been purchasing flax and chia seeds separately and adding them to salads, sauces, baking, etc. It is added protein without altering the taste. The problem has been finding the seeds sold in many stores. Having them together with another seed high in protein, is such a great idea. Love it!

Flax, Chia and Sesame Seed mix

This seed mix is a repurchase for me. This seed mix is something I use daily in my food. The quality and taste is great. They are full of Omegas 3, 6 %26 9 and has the good kind of fats in it. It is an easy way to add fiber in my diet. I add them to salads and recipes. my favorite way to use them is adding them to my greek yogurt. I love the texture %26 taste it adds to the yogurt. I like that they are in a reuseable plastic container with a screw on lid. They are a bit pricey, but are reasonably priced considering you are getting 3 seeds- flax, chia and sesame seeds. And compared to similiarly priced products, the cost of these are fair. I would recommend these to anyone that is trying to fit in more fiber %26 have a healtheir diet.
