  • Stages of the operation:
    Step 1 Wash the jars and the jar lid in lukewarm water.
    Step 2 Mix the whole milk, ferment in proportion, and put them in the jars.
    Step 3 Add water to the fermentation pot and cover with the top stopper.
    Step 4 Set the time.
    Step 5 Wait for yogurt to complete.
    Step 6 Enjoy it or keep it cool in the refrigerator (no more than 7 days).

    1. Whole milk is recommended to make your yogurt creamier. The lower the fat content in the milk, the slightly thinner the consistency of the finished yogurt.
