Fjallraven Ulvo Hip Pack

I can't carry purses over my shoulder or even across my body due to arthritis. So when I go out I carry a small backpack. The problem (to me) was every time I wanted to access my phone, keys, or wallet, I had to swing my pack around and root in the backpack. I found this medium waist pack by Fjallraven to be the perfect size for my daily use. It's not too large (which means I can't overload it), but large enough to carry my keys, phone, wallet, and a mask. I also clip on a reusable shopping bag, I walk a lot, and it is very comfortable. I bought the Lava Red; it's a beautiful color.

I have this pack along with the Fjallraven Kanken Hip Pack. It's my adventure pack, the main compartment is easy to access while hiking or biking, and the zippers are smooth once broken in after a few days of use. The material is definitely waterproof, but the zippers aren't taped. The main front pouch has a material flap over the zipper to keep rain from getting in the front pouch, but the back pouch zipper will leak a bit of water depending on how hard it rains, not much, but some in a moderate rain. Would prefer to pay more for waterproof zippers if it were an option, but otherwise a perfect hip pack for all your active pursuits The main storage holds more than you might expect..
