Limited Warranty for Brazilian Flip-Flops Product Covered: Brazilian Flip-Flops Duration of Warranty: 1 Month from the Date of Delivered Scope of Warranty: GLW, hereby provide a limited warranty for the Brazilian flip-flops purchased from us within the United States of America. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) month from the original date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. What is Covered: • Manufacturing Defects: This includes defects in the flip-flop straps, sole, or any other part of the flip-flops that arise from faulty materials or craftsmanship. • Premature Wear and Tear: If the flip-flops show signs of excessive wear and tear within the warranty period that are not attributable to misuse, this warranty applies. What is Not Covered: • Normal Wear and Tear: Expected wear due to regular use, including but not limited to fading, scuff marks, and minor sole wear. • Damage from Misuse: Any damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to exposure to chemicals, high heat, or sharp objects. • Unauthorized Repairs: Any alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than GLW will void this warranty. Warranty Claims Process: 1. To make a claim under this warranty, please contact GLW to the email . You will need to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and, if requested, photos of the defective product. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective flip-flops for inspection. Remedies: If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, GLW will, at its discretion, either: • Repair the defective flip-flops, or • Replace the defective flip-flops with a new pair of the same or similar model, or • Refund the original purchase price. Limitations of Liability: This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by GLW. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLW disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. GLW shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the flip-flops, even if GLW has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
