Been using for years. Chromium is Great for a Liver Detox, works well with iron/Copper/Vitamin C. Vanadium is a more recently discovered mineral. Like Boron, I have had a great experience. (and actually feel fatigued if I do not take this supplement at least every other day) Seldom, I will stop taking a supplement after I have ran out of supply, in order to see if it truly made a difference in my regimen. Out of 30 Supps, This is my first or second to Selenium. Liver Health is key
