YES ladies. The waist line is STRETCHY!! Just in the back but that’s all you need! Love the length since I hate showing my legs. It’s medium heavy yet super airy with the layer of lace. It's a fresh summer skirt. The fit is true to size. I like the lace trim in the middle and the 2nd layer inside so it's not see through. It's a little more fabric than what I'd prefer because it flares out too much. I'm petite so the length is a maxi for me.
