This is a good big and tall chair. I'm 5'11", and it's high enough off of the floor for my legs to have enough room. It's sturdy- I'm plus sized and it supports me well. The arm rests are nice, and I was able to assemble the chair myself. It's my office chair. The shipping was fast and had good packaging. Thanks.

Summary: The chair's lumbar support, thick cushions, and lift-up arms are wonderful. This is a high quality office chair, particularly for what you pay for it on Walmart.com. Suggestions: Have 5 casters before you buy the chair. My box didn't come with any. Also, if you're not a gifted handyman, I would suggest that you get help putting the chair together. The instructions are incorrect in two important places.

I was in the furniture business for many years and have seen the good and the not so good. Honestly I didn't expect much as the chair wasn't what I consider expensive. Upon opening the box I could tell it was better than I expected. I got my daughter to put it together for me under my supervision everything was there and everything fit together as it should. It's new so I really have no idea what the future with this chair will bring, but I'm happy for the moment. Some of the screws are screwed into the hole they belong in so you have to take them out, put whatever piece that is supposed to go on it and tighten it down. The pieces in the box look more intimidating than it is. You can do it.
