I really should have read the reviews before i bought this piece of trash. It is nothing but junk! First it gets delivered to the wrong address, I had to bother my neighbors in search of this thing. where my complete address was spelled out in all caps. in bold print. I opened the box and pushed the button to turn it on and nothing. no lights at all. there is no way to access where the battery should be. there are two screws on the bottom but they provide no access. there is no way to open this item to change a battery. It is junk! I am glad i did not need this in an emergency. Tried to give this thing zero stars but it will not let you, it is CRAP!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
