Excellent service

I bought my brushed nickel kitchen faucet valve and sprayer kit 17 years ago. After 12 years I had a minor drip due to a faulty part and Kohler replaced it immediately at no charge. This past year I needed to replace the plastic bonnet at the base of the faucet due to damage I inflicted myself and had trouble removing a nut in the assembly in the process. Kohler once again replace the assembly at no charge to me. At this point I'd find it hard to buy from any other manufacturer. Excellent warranty service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a nice new place recently. Sadly, some of the fixtures were had not been treated very well. Luckily they were Kohler, well built and well designed. I knew that parts were probably available. And they were at very reasonable prices! Thank you Kohler and On Wisconsin!

Excellent replacement bonnet

When I removed the old bonnet to replace the diverter and o-rings, I scratched up the old bonnet with the channel lock wrench. This replacement makes the bonnet look pretty again. Just a reminder, the bonnet should only be hand-tight, and use a towel or a cloth type-wrench to remove the bonnet.
