Concerns with Quality/Reliability

It's been almost a week since I replaced my receiver. Everything is back to normal. But I have significant concern with the quality and reliability of these receivers (various models) from Hunter/Casablanca. I have 4 Casablanca fans and 1 Hunter fan throughout the house. I had two receivers fail on me already: one less than 1 month of use, 1 less than 2 yr of use.
