Great way to start your morning
I make these every Saturday morning before I go on a long run. They give me the energy I need and they taste amazing. Not like your usual whole wheat flavors that taste all grainy. These taste just like great buttermilk pancakes plus all the benefits you need for a solid breakfast. Oh and they are easy to make because of the convenient bottle they come in.
