Great product, great customer service.

It's a great bike. Heavy duty, strong and stable. I'm using it with VR headset and it's important not to wobble and fall. It's a smooth ride, tracks everything, looks nice and there is an upgrade. Look for the flyer in the box and email them for something that lets you connect bike to apps on your phone. I msgd them with screenshot of purchase and my contact info. They msgd back within one day and said it would be mailed within 2 days and that they were also gifting me a seat cushion which is appreciated. The seat is not awful but it's the one complaint I would have but really how comfortable should we expect to be? It's better than I expected to be honest but you will probably want to upgrade to a seat cushion. Just FYI...you can find vr 360 video bike rides from all over the world and spin classes with trainers for free on youtube. This is a very affordable alternative to gym memberships or home training subscription services. It makes it a lot more fun and interesting and the bike feels very realistic when in VR. It's a great buy for the price. Hubby had it together i about half an hour without any drams. :) I researched and compared for over 6 months and I'm very happy with my purchase. I already had my daughter drive over to try it out and now she is considering one, too. This is not our usual kind of thing so if you are hesitant but want to get healthier, get one. Great product, great customer service.

I was looking for a lower priced bike to add to my exercise program to keep my legs in shape for road biking and skiing.I did not need a high priced model w/all the bells %26 whistles.This bike fit the bill perfectly. It is a good looking bike, quiet, sturdywith a smooth tension adjustment. Assembling the bike was simple as long as you tighten all adjustments securely.I had one minor problem and had to contact PooBoo.They do not have a phone %23, with contact made via E Mail.You mail them your problem %26 receive a prompt reply next morning %26 each subsequent morning if need be. They do n ot leave you hanging. They stay w/you until any problems are corrected to your complete satisfaction.What a relief from phoning other companies, talking to a robot, going thru never ending menu options, being left on hold etc %26 never getting any resolution.What a pleasant surprise.Customer service is not completely dead afterall.
