love this ice machine !! why didnt i get it sooner !! great size , durable and 100 perfect ice , the 5gl bottle not included but not an issue , also connects straight to water line , i have it in my garage and use 5gl bottle , super convenient and we have always have ice for family lunch and parties ,ice gets done pretty quick first batch takes 20/22 minutes ( we turn it on a d off as needed] then it takes down to 14/16 m . its not industrial size machine but it does supply good amount of ice !

Quick install. I use a 5 gal water jug on top. The only issue was the water jug needs to be burped. (Let the air out of jug). Ice making is very fast. I like being able to adjust the ice thickness.
