Customer service

I placed an order, I received it VERY quickly and upon inspection of parts I noticed all I had was a pump no strainer kit. I sent an email immediately then called the following morning the gentleman I spoke to Monday morning was definitely working on over the weekend emails he got all of my info and 2 days later a new pump and kit arrived. Thank you Quantum this is the 3rd vehicle I have done with your product.
