Good machine
I bought this for my mini donut business. I needed something more industrial/commercial than the machines I was using intended for home use. These machine works great, you have to play with it a bit to get the right temperature for you. But it works very well. The only downside and why I gave it 4 stars is simply for the size of the donut. I make mini donuts but machines make them slightly bigger than these machine. They are about 1/4 in smaller in width and thickness than my machine. But I realize I won't be able to replicate my home based machines in an industrial/commercial machine so I will continue to use them.
