I bought this for my tendinitis in my elbow. My husband showed me wear to put it on my arm and it was instant relief while I was working however it did pinch and irritate but I put some fabric under it which helped with the irritation but can't remedy the pinching. Other than that it's a great product and my tendinitis is getting better.
