My husband and I like these crystalized ginger slices better than another brand we tried previously. These slices have a bit of a ginger "bite", but my taste buds can tolerate it without having to eat something else or get a drink. The thing I like best is that these slices don't taste like a perfumed soap like the other brand of ginger chews I tried.
