2. The maximum resolution and refresh rates are subject to your host device, display resolution as well as the cable used.

3. To manually adjust the resolution on Mac OS, hold down the "option" key and then click "Scaled".

4. To manually adjust the resolution on Window OS, go to "Windows Setting" - "System" - "Display".

5. If you want to play audio via the external HDMI device, please adjust the settings of "the default audio output device" in the system preferences.

6. Resolution limits to 2560x1440@60Hz on the new iPad Pro and only a few applications can deliver a full-screen display due to iOS limitations.
