Dental Hygiene with an Oldie but a Goodie

I've been using these Stim-U-Dents for 50 years now and they've helped me keep my teeth and gums in a healthy condition. I use them twice a day with a thorough use before bed and a more casual use after breakfast. It doesn't hurt to use them after every meal. TIP: When using them, don't be impatient. Let the functional end "soak" in your mouth until the wood is softer before using them to massage gums and clean the interior sides of your teeth. I had orthodontic braces at one time and the Stim-U-Dents are perfect for their usual use and cleaning hard to get to spots on the braces.
