Impulse buy turned into a must have

Had a bad reaction to a friend's shampoo and my eczema on my scalp flared to constant pain and itchiness. After washing, I use this on all the sore and itchy spots and it's truly a God send. No burning, just instant relief and a mild cool sensation afterwards. Plus the roller balls feel good too. Wish it had a refillable package and a bit giant refill I could buy to save on packaging. I foresee myself using this multiple times a day whenever an itch arises.

meh

I bought this thinking "FINALLY, something that will soothe my scalp dryness".... the end of the bottle is made with roller balls and does not come out properly at all. There is no way to twist off the lid. I had to cut the bottle open and pour in a separate container. You guys need to change the style of application for this.... it sucks balls. Litterally.
