Wrong rug was sent. I wanted to return but would be charged $50+ to return. I received a gift card for the total value which was nice. Hopefully when I place a new order I will get exactly what I order.

Rug color not as advertised

The rug looks nothing like what is advertised. The woven jute is a mix of 2 different colors and is very cool toned. Disappointing.
