Durable and Easy to Clean

I purchased this natural rubber cutting board for my kitchen because it helps prolong the sharp edge of my knives. While there are synthetic options available, I prefer natural rubber. The surface is easy to clean. I purchased the 3/4” thick board because some reviews indicated the 1/2” thick boards were easily bent. I don't understand how that is possible. The 3/4” board is very rigid and very heavy. I would consider purchasing a 1/2” board in the future. The boards are cut to order, so it took a couple of weeks for it to be delivered. This, and my hinoki wood cutting board are a perfect pair for a residential kitchen.

It's natural, so we are not eating plastic. before we used plastic cutting boards and you can just see the cuts in the material and how the plastic was coming off and getting into our food. That is not happening now.
