No box. Very slow to ship, then late. Nice Ornamen

Ornament was beautiful as most Hallmark ornaments. Problems: No box - don't understand why since they have plenty of the ornament and they appear to be authentic (although I have to admit this is partially my error as I did not read the fine print that said it came it came in Styrofoam, who would have thought). Also do not see why it took them more than 20 days to deliver one item when it was in stock. Then it was later than promised thus it did not arrive before Christmas.
