I bought this to replace the one I dropped and broke. I have struggled with dry cracked heels all my life. This file has been the answer to my problems. It makes my feet soft and doesn't cut the skin like metal files did. I love that I am able to clean it by washing it with soap and water and sanitize it by laying it in the sun. I used the previous one for over 6 months and it didn't dull at all. It is supposed to last several years. Far longer than other glass files I have used. I highly recommend this to rid your feet of dry skin.
