On the inside, it contains a thin hypoallergenic absorbent area, made of a patented four layer multi-functional fabric that has been developed by one of the most prestigious textile universities in Europe - Universidade do Minho/Portugal. The discreet protection and comfort offered by ProtechDry® enables you to regain confidence in all aspects of your daily life.

I ordered an X-large and got a small. The underwear is extremely bulky. Plus I have a WalMart subscription and free shipping. I was charged $17.81 shipping for 1 pair of underwear. Do not order this product. I am going to try and return the underwear and just count the $17.81 as a lesson learned.
