Our Safe & Dry Lace Front/Cotton Back Women's Brief is beautiful and functionally advanced protection. The cotton on the backside is our patented water-resistant, stain-resistant, odor-resistant 100% cotton Fabrapel. It has an integrated sewn-in six ply layer absorbent, water-proof, stain-proof and odor-resistant Fabrapel fabric panel at the crotch and back. This will prevent wet-thru to your outer clothing for complete, discreet protection better than any other product. It's special crotch panel absorbs 6 oz. of fluid and stays dry.The 6 ply panel features its quick dry-out due to its special fabrics and construction design. It has a soft nylon mesh top layer which allows the fluid to pass through leaving no wetness against the skin.

Finally, the fluid is held by a water-proof urethane layer which completely impedes the fluid from leaving the brief.
