We kept it up all summer. has been fine under heavy rain and winds. I made a way to strap the center of the fabric so the water drains out the ends of it when its rolled up. I always make sure to roll up the awning when heavy winds or rain come in. I expect it to last three or four years.

Attaching canopy was a bit confusing but got it done. When you aren't that tall it's hard to loosen the pully and the pull tie is a bit short, but overall it's a great addition to the backyard.

Great looking and relatively easy to assemble.

Easy to assemble. All things lined up perfectly. You do need to pay attention to the pictures and which direction the holes are facing when assembling. Helps to have three people to make the first attachments to stand up the two ends. The canopy slides get caught a little if the pull is a little askew (off center) but easy enough to get it back aligned. Would prefer if it was smoother but seems like it will work well enough. Looks good we are hoping it lasts a while.
