Light & Crispy

These were easy on my pouch even earlier on after my gastric bypass surgery since they are a light fluffy texture. they do have a light vanilla taste but a good rice crispy treat like texture. They pair very nicely with a hot cup of tea I use protein shake for creamer. The bars are also lower calorie than many out there.

I haven't been able to eat any as of yet because I've only had my weight loss surgery last Tuesday but my husband has been eating them and he says they are Delish!!!
